Participants will embark on this 1 or 2 day practical learning experience, and leave with the skills and knowledge to deliver effective return to work outcomes for injured employees. Whether you will require the 1 or 2 day program depends on whether your industry is considered to be high or low risk – contact us to find out more.

We would love to support your RRTWC in following a proven approach to achieving excellent rehabilitation and return to work outcomes with injured workers. Our aim is to help employers as they seek to learn, promote and manage a safe and healthy workplace.
Participants will leave this program with skills and understanding of:
- the workers compensation legislation relevant to rehabilitation and return to work of injured employees
- the roles of key stakeholders, including injured workers, doctors, claims managers and supervisors
- common injuries and medical terminology
- how to identify, negotiate and offer suitable duties to injured workers
- how to effectively communicate with doctors and other treating professionals
- how the take away resource folder and other material can assist in the role of RRTW Coordinator.
