Scheme Reform and the role of the Return to Work Coordinator

In June 2015 CHG invited our RRTWC Alumni to submit to us their questions about the Scheme Reform related to the new Act which became effective 1 July 2015.

CHG's responses to their most frequently asked questions are summarised in our FAQ Sheet available here

Do Return to Work Coordinators need to be re-trained?

Perhaps the most common question we receive is about refresher requirements for existing RTWCs. At this stage, advice remains the same: those who have been trained to Level 2 prior to 30 June 2015 are considered 'current' and there is no RTW(SA) requirement for an update.  If you were trained only to Level 1, and are still performing the role in your workplace, we suggest you contact RTW(SA) direct to discuss your situation and training requirement.
